Tyra & Laura were amazing!!! They went above and beyond helping us adopt a new member of our family!!! We are so grateful for all their help making it possible to bring home our new girl!!!!

We ended up buying jellybean from petland back in end of February. He’s been such a sweet heart and changed our lives❤️ we randomly came in one day just to play with puppies and we couldn’t leave without him. It was unexpected, but glad it happened😊 I have a few things I want to say. First, our dog is HEALTHY! He has been health tested after getting him along with check ups and his pedigree is actually pretty nice. His grandfather was a show champion along with some other blood. I love the starter kit they give you to start out, helps ALOT. although your dog may eventually want a different food than what they give you. (Ours is a picky eater) (he’s a Havanese if anyone is wondering too this is common in the breed) I just wasn’t a fan of the vet they make you go to after getting the puppy, they’re partnered with them I believe. It was kinda dirty and the people aren’t the friendliest, I also live far away so I switched to an amazing vet over by me. Also, the (two free vet visits) we were told they would be reimbursed, which they weren’t. They only cover the actual exam, not any shots or meds that may be needed. i wish they were transparent with that. So I would honestly say don’t bring your puppy there, bring it to a vet you trust. As long as you have the paperwork proving you brought in your puppy to be checked within a week of having it your warranty will be okay. (Says in the fine print) . However, the warranties the puppy comes with is a plus. the staff is overall friendly and I liked working with our rep Allison. I know a lot of people say these puppies come from mills but I don’t think they all do, after buying ours I did research on his breeder and I was able to find pictures of place and etc. it looked clean, kept up with, and you can see if they had any recent or past complaints, as Ohio sends out inspectors for these breeders, it definitely puts my mind at ease as to where our puppy came from.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience today selecting a puppy to bring home. Anastasia was incredibly helpful and made the entire process a delight. The store was very busy and sometimes hectic. Anastasia handled it all with aplomb. We felt like we were the only customers in the store. She is a consummate professional. She used her experience and knowledge to help introduce us to the perfect new addition to our family. Our new puppy has the perfect personality for our family! Thank you Anastasia and Petland.

We found our forever pup and they went above and beyond to make sure that we brought her home. Thanks Selena and the rest of the crew for helping us through the process and being the happiest fur baby parents ever. Wish I could have adopted them all. They are all so precious. 🐾

What marvelous experience I had as I walked into Petland in Parma. A friendly welcome and ready to show you all the fur babies that are available. I was able to meet Laura; she is the Manager at this location. Charming, friendly and attentive as I expressed my interest in 2 Shih-tzus. I have them for more than 20yrs. Yes, Rockyjoe lasted in my care for that long. I am searching for siblings. She asked all the right question and the awesome responses to my question. We made arrangements to keep in touch since I have plenty of time in the pursuit of my doggies. Wonderful just wonderful!! I met Aubry, I can see she is a busy bee, super attentive to the door greeting customers and overall enjoying what she is doing. Is hard to find young ladies that actually work and doing a great job. All in this location need to acknowledge for their contributions to Petland. Outside on the wall is the name, Petland, however WITHOUT the employees that are there giving face and uplifting the company by their FABULOUS performance WOULD be nothing without them. Just a name on the wall. How I got to Petland began with a call. Selena was my first contact. She listened attentively as I told her my story. I heard in her tone and voice, how empathetic she was at that time. She is like the walking computer of the place. Her knowledge and passion for was she does was noted. I thought she was a manager. Well, with the wonderful interaction I had with her, left me so at peace and motivated that this group of young ladies and assisting me in finding my fur babies. I see Selena progressing up the ladder to greater things. Aubry also even though I did not have that much of interaction. If you are searching for a 4-legged companion, THIS is the place to GO!!!!! I am so happy and excited to do my business with PETLAND PARMA!!!!

I brought my granddaughter here to see and play with puppies and our visit was amazing! Sky and Tyra were very observant and maintained and handled every customer needs very well! We will definitely be back again!
